If you do have this app setting enabled, then please read below for a solution.

If you would like Bundle Kit to automatically fulfill the dummy bundle product in a Shopify order, then:

• Go to Bundle Kit > Settings > Fulfillment > Enable Fulfill dummy bundle product line item automatically? app setting

Once enabled, the dummy bundle product in new Shopify orders will automatically be fulfilled.
